Investment Process
The selection of companies that get the opportunity to present themselves during pitch nights is chosen by the Selection Committee. The selection is based on several criteria that should be met to meet the requirements investors and advisors have on their investments and commitment.

Each quarter, a number of companies are selected to present their unique ideas to HBS Alumni Angels members. The members then choose whether to proceed with conducting due diligence and, together with a group or individually, carrying out an investment.
1. Company Stage
Early stage growth company seeking minority investors or advisors.
4. Market
Focus on the Northern European market ,with potential for global growt and high barrier to entry.
2. Capital
Capital to be invested shall be in the range of SEK 100,000 to SEK 20,000,000.
5. Proof of Concept
Can demonstrate a clear proof of concept and with a revenue strategy and unique competitive advantage.
3. Industry
Industries include, but are not limited, to software, healthcare, consumer goods, technology and real estate.
6. Exit
Can articulate and demonstrate a clear exit strategy.
